iv. For taking over the existing housing loans from Banks/Financial Institutions.

• Interest rate: @ 14.00% - 17.00%
• Repayment: Monthly (EMI) or quarterly basis.
• Maximum tenor of the loan: 25 years
• Loan processing fee: 1% of the loan amount

• Interest rate for commercial vehicle: @ 12.00%.
• Repayment: Monthly (EMI) or quarterly basis.
• Maximum tenor of the loan for new vehicles: 7 years
• Loan processing fee: 1% of the loan amount

Education Loan

• Interest rate:@14.00% - 17.00%
• Interest calculation frequency: Daily
• Repayment: Monthly (EMI) or quarterly basis.
• Processing fee: @ 1% of the loan amount.
• Prepayment charge: 1% of the prepaid amount (Prepayment is restricted before 3 months of disbursement)
• Security coverage requirement: 125% of the funded limit at distress value

Mortgage Loan

• Interest rate:@ 15.00% - 18.00%
• Maximum tenor of the loan: 10 years
• Repayment: Monthly EMI or quarterly basis.
• Repayment: Quarterly Interest (OD type) or equal monthly installment (EMI) / equal quarterly installment (EQI)
• Security coverage requirement: 125% of the funded limit at distress value
• Loan processing fee: 1% of the loan amount

• Industrial and Trading Loans: Fixed Term Loan, Working Capital Loan, (Trust Receipt), Packing Credit, Demand Loan, Cash Credit, Pledge Loan, Overdraft etc.
